  1. MR HARISON MUTUGI MATHINDI SHORT PROFILE: (Ag. CHAIRMAN)

He Worked with the Ministry of health from 1975 to 1999, joined (MRGM) Mwea Rice Growers Multipurpose Co-operative board as the Vice Chairman in March 2000, the position he continues to hold up to date. His current occupation is commercial rice farming. He is also the elected Board member of Mwea Rice Mills Ltd board of directors from May 2008. He has supported the chairman to acquire achievements.

 

  1. PERMINUS MUNENE (TREASURER)

He joined  as the Board Member in the year 2003 the position he continues to hold up until April 2017 when he was elected as the Treasurer to date. He has supported the chairman to acquire achievements. His current occupation is commercial rice farming.

 

  1. MR NDEGE MURIUKI SHORT PROFILE: (HONORARY SECRETARY)

He worked for Mwea Tebere Savings and credit Co-op. Society, Mwea Amalgamated Rice Growers Society as a manager since 1987 to 1992.  Later Harambee Sacco as senior accountant from 1993 to 2000 and joined (MRGM) Mwea Rice Growers Multipurpose Co-operative board as the Board Member in the year 2003.  He was elected the Honorary Secretary in 2008 the position he continues to hold to date. He has supported the chairman to acquire achievements.  His current occupation is commercial rice farming.

 

  1. MR. JOHNSON GIKA KAIRU (COMMITTEE MEMBER)

He joined as  the Board Member in the year 2003, the position he continues to hold to date. His current occupation is commercial rice farming.

 

  1. MR. JOSEPH MUNENE (COMMITTEE MEMBER)

Joseph Munene joined (MRGM) Mwea Rice Growers Multipurpose Co-operative board as the Board Member in the year 2018 the position he continues to hold to date. His current occupation is commercial rice farming.

 

  1. MRS. PRICISILLA MUTHONI (COMMITTEE MEMBER)

 

She joined  as a board member the year 2014 the position she continues to hold to date.  Her current occupation       is commercial rice farming.

  1. MR. NICHOLUS MWANGI (COMMITTEE MEMBER)

He  joined  as the Board Member in the year 2015 the position he continues to hold to date. His current occupation is commercial rice farming.

 

  1. MR. HENRY MITAMBU (COMMITTEE MEMBER)

He joined as the  Board Member in the year 2017 the position he continues to hold up to date. His current occupation is commercial rice farming.

  1. JOHN KARIUKI (CHAIRMAN)

John Kariuki former special Branch officer joined MRGM) Mwea Rice Growers Multipurpose Co-operative board as the Chairman in the year 2006 the position he continues to hold up to date. His current occupation is commercial rice farming.

 

  1. NATHAN KARIUKI (SECRETARY)

MRGM) Mwea Rice Growers Multipurpose Co-operative board as the Supervisory Board Member in April 25th 2017 and was elected as the Secretary the position he continues to hold to date. His current occupation is commercial rice and horticulture farming.

 

  1. ELIJAH NJUGUNA ( MEMBER)

He joined  as  Board Member in the year 2019 the position he continues to hold to date. His current occupation is commercial rice farming.

  1. MR. ANTHONY WAWERU ZAVERIO : (Ag. GENERAL MANAGER)

 

Mr. ANTHONY WAWERU ZAVERIO   is the current Ag. General Manager of Mwea Rice Growers Multipurpose Co-op. Society Ltd. He is a Holder of a Diploma in Irrigation and Water Engineering. He joined Mwea rice grower’s multipurpose co-op. society in the year 1999 as an Irrigation Engineer.
